Cuenca as the most beatiful place in Ecuador.

Traveling to Ecuador and knowing all its wonderful tourist destinations and its attractive destinations throughout its geographical extension, is an adventure that we all must do at least once in our lives. And it is that its nature, its beautiful landscapes, its archaeological monuments and its tourism, make Ecuador a great destination to visit.

One of the most famous cities and visited by both national and foreign tourists is the beautiful and mythical city of Cuenca.

 Cuenca is a beatiful city located on the south of Ecuador in the province of  Azuay, it has a population of around 636.996 habitants, the weather sometimes varies between warm and cold, but in general it's very pleasant for that reason it is known as ''the city of the eternal spring''.

The city has several attractions apart from its pleasant climate, for example it has several typical food establishments, beautiful architecture, beautiful landscapes, and above all it has the warmth and kindness of its people.

Within in our gastronomy corn is a very important food, our gastronomy is rich in nutrients.

Among its gastronomy we can find a lot of delicious dishes such as the mote pata, mote pillo, cuy,  also we can't forget drinks as ''morocho'', and ''chicha.

Places to Visit:

Within the city of Cuenca we can name several places to visit, but mainly the cathedral of the city stands out, its beatiful baroque arquitecture makes it show off its colonial past. But if you want to visit a place outside the city, the best thing would be to go to the national park "El Cajas" where you can have a very close approach to nature.

Cuenca is a very cozy place where you can enjoy your stay, especially in the months of August and September when you can enjoy a beatiful spring, which precedes its name.
